Holiday makers with disabilities will be pleased to note that the main parks pay close attention to their needs. There are few rides and attractions that cannot cater for them, while wheelchair availability and access is almost always good. Walt Disney World publish a Guidebook for Disabled Guests, as do Universal, available in all three main parks. Life-jackets are on hand at River Country and Typhoon Lagoon, while there are special tape cassettes for blind visitors and guide dogs are in no way discouraged |
