Our beautiful new villa is situated on the Indian Point development in Kissimmee. This air conditioned/centrally heated villa is superbly furnished for occupancy of up to 10 people.

The villa comes fully equipped with all appliances, utensils, bed linen, and beach towels, tea towels and other comforts to ensure the whole family has a pleasurable stay.

One of our main attractions is the 26' by 13' beautiful pool enhanced by two patio area's. For the safety and enjoyment of our younger visitors we have installed a separate children's pool. All doors giving access to the pool area from the villa are alarmed for added peace of mind. The pool is thermostatically controlled all year round. The whole area is covered by a mesh enclosure, which provides full protections against insects and keeps the pool area clean. Your suntan is not impaired! The patio furniture includes tables, chairs and lounges.
